This antique religious medal features a classic oval shape and a silvery, patinated finish. The visible side showcases a detailed relief of the crowned Virgin, holding the Infant Jesus on her left arm. The entire motif is framed by an inscription in raised capital letters: "NOTRE DAME DE CIMIEZ PRIEZ POUR NOUS" (OUR LADY OF CIMIEZ PRAY FOR US), perfectly legible on the upper and lower parts of the medal.

The relief work is sharp, with attention paid to the folds of the clothing and the traditional iconographic attributes of the Virgin and Child. The triangular openwork loop at the top allows the medal to be suspended from a chain, cord, or keyring. The surface exhibits a uniform patina, characteristic of antique or vintage religious objects, with some visible signs of use, including slight marks and micro-scratches.
