This religious medal depicts Saint Giles full-length, surrounded by the embossed inscription "SAINT GILLES PRIEZ POUR NOUS" (SAINT GILLES PRAY FOR US). The central motif shows the saint standing, wearing a long robe and holding a crozier, a classic iconographic symbol of this patron saint. The figure is finely engraved, with attention paid to the details of the face, crozier, and clothing. Below his feet, the name "BASSIN" appears in small letters.

The medal is round, with a large and sturdy attachment ring, making it easy to wear as a pendant or attach to a keychain. The surface shows a matte gray patina typical of old metal medals, with slight traces of wear on the reliefs that highlight its authenticity and history.
