This oval religious medal features a detailed relief of the Virgin Mary, identifiable by her posture and veil, standing on a cloud. The inscription "MEDJUGORJE" appears in relief at the base of the medal, indicating its connection to the famous Marian pilgrimage site. The medal has a large integrated oval bail for suspension, visible at the top of the object.

The entire piece is designed with a patinated metal appearance, with shades ranging from matte grey to slightly golden reflections on the raised parts, giving the medal an old and authentic style.
