This antique religious medal features a classic oval shape, typical of devotional medallions from the early to mid-20th century. On the visible side, it bears a raised representation of the Virgin Mary, standing with open arms, in a posture of blessing. The raised inscription "MARIE REINE IMMACULÉE" (Mary Immaculate Queen) surrounds the figure, clearly legible on the upper part of the medal.

The medal has a patinated bronze finish, with a matte surface highlighted by golden reflections, accentuating the relief of the design. The details of the drapery of the garment, the face, and the hands are finely worked, indicating careful craftsmanship. The perimeter is slightly beveled, adding an extra touch of relief to the whole.

A dark metal suspension ring is attached to the top of the medal, allowing it to be worn as a pendant, on a chain or cord. The ring is robust in appearance and shows a slight, uniform patina, in keeping with the entire medal.

The dominant color is antique gilded bronze, with some visible signs of wear on the raised parts, revealing a beautiful patina that enhances the vintage character of the piece. No major chips or structural defects are visible on the presented side. The reverse of the medal is not visible in the photo.
