This antique religious medal features a classic round shape and displays a relief depicting Christ, with his heart revealed, in iconography typical of the Sacred Heart. The finely crafted effigy on the visible side shows a haloed figure, dressed in a tunic, with his right hand raised in blessing and his left hand pointing to the radiant heart. A golden ring, with a patinated appearance, allows the medal to be worn as a pendant. The entire surface has a glossy metallic finish, consistent with the appearance of the gilded metal mentioned in the keywords.

The relief of the central motif is surrounded by a smooth, clean edge.
