This Catholic religious pendant is an oval medal depicting the Miraculous Virgin, an emblematic figure in Christian tradition. On the visible side, a clear relief of the standing Virgin Mary, with open arms, surrounded by a halo, can be distinguished. The medal features a thick circular bail, incorporating a patinated suspension ring, allowing for easy wear on a chain or cord.

The edge of the medal features a partially legible embossed inscription: "O MARIA SINE LABE CONCEPTA PRO NOBIS AD TE RECURRENTIBUS ORA". This text is typical of "miraculous" medals, which have been widely distributed in the Catholic world since the 19th century.
