Description

Women's mechanical watch from the VEC brand, with a decidedly vintage style. The case has an aged gilded finish, visible on the front face, with marked signs of wear and localized oxidation on the bezel and lugs. The round, white dial features the inscription "VEC" in capital letters in the center, as well as the number "12" at the top. A smaller inscription is also visible below the central axis, difficult to read in the photo, but present.

The hour markers are thin baton-shaped markers, complemented by two large applied gold markers at 3 and 9 o'clock, typical of watches from the 1950s-1960s. The dauphine-style hands are thin and gold, with a longer, thinner central seconds hand. The crystal of the dial shows numerous visible scratches and cracks, accentuating the watch's antique appearance.

The winder, located at 3 o'clock, is fluted and also shows signs of wear. The strap attachments are without a strap in the photo, revealing the spring bars. The watch is placed on a carved wooden furniture, which highlights its retro style and its authenticity as an antique object.

The overall appearance of the dial, hands, and case suggests a period manufacturing, probably mid-20th century, in accordance with the aesthetic and typography of the brand. No modern elements are visible on the presented face.

Used item sold as is. Visible signs of wear on the case, marked scratches and cracks on the crystal, patina and oxidation on all exposed surfaces. No strap. Functionality not tested (information to be completed according to your tests).
