Description

Old mechanical watch of the Helbi brand, presented here without a strap, with the dial visible. The round dial displays a cream background with visible patina, punctuated by signs of wear and oxidation marks. The hour markers are raised, rectangular in shape, with a gold finish, in a sober style typical of mechanical watches from the mid-20th century. The dial bears the inscriptions "HELBI" at the top and "17 JEWELS" at the bottom, clearly legible. The notched crown, placed on the right, also has a metallic finish, with traces of wear.

The protective crystal of the dial appears to be absent or nonexistent on this visible side, revealing the center and the axis of the hands (not present in the photo). The whole shows a pronounced patina, with stains, scratches, and wear of the cream coating, signs of prolonged use or old storage. No back or complete case is visible in this view; only the front part of the movement is observable.

The watch is photographed resting on a decorative stand with golden reliefs, not included in the sale (presentation element). The overall appearance suggests a piece to be restored or used for spare parts, typical of vintage mechanical watches requiring refurbishment.
