This vintage document is a prescription or examination form issued by a medical biology laboratory located in Marseille, dated September 24, 1946. It is an official administrative paper delivered by the laboratory approved by the Ministry of Population (No. 326, decree of February 4, 1946), under the scientific direction of Doctor Ranque, whose address is clearly indicated: 16, rue Dragon, Marseille.

On the upper part, the document presents a list of various biological examinations (chemical blood tests, calcium dosage, urine test, etc.) printed in fine characters, typical of the French administrative style of the immediate post-war period.
