This lot consists of a vintage sewing pattern for a child's garment, published by L'ECHO de la MODE. The pouch shown in the photo features an illustration of a little girl in a red sleeveless dress worn over a short-sleeved blouse, accompanied by socks and classic shoes. The cover is printed in color, with a dominant blue for the text and bright red for the illustrated dress.

In the upper left corner is the title "Patron Modèle" in large blue letters. In the upper right corner, a printed reference "83 254" and the sizes "2 & 4" are mentioned, probably indicating the ages or child sizes for which this pattern is intended. A handwritten annotation "Henri Lucienne" appears above two small technical sketches of the garment (stylized front and back), adding an extra vintage touch.

The lower part of the pouch bears the mention "ÉDITÉ PAR L’ECHO de la MODE" as well as "REPRODUCTION EN SÉRIE INTERDITE," confirming the original edition of this pattern. The graphic style and general presentation, typical of French children's fashion publications from the mid-20th century, suggest an edition probably dating from the 1960s to 1970s.

The pouch shows visible signs of wear: marked creases, crumpled corners, and a yellowed area on the central left part, undoubtedly resulting from old adhesive. Despite these signs of time, the illustration and inscriptions remain perfectly legible, making it an authentic testament to the history of domestic sewing in France.

The pattern appears complete in its original pouch, although only the front is visible in the photo. The internal elements (pattern sheets, instructions) are not visible here.

Used item sold as is, with creases, crumpling, and adhesive marks on the pouch. Illustration and text well-preserved and legible on the front.
