Description

This lot corresponds to a vintage men's sewing pattern from the Burda brand, model 6061. The pattern, presented in its original pouch, offers the creation of double-breasted jackets or blazers, characterized by a structured cut typical of the 1980s, with wide shoulders and shoulder pads ("mit Schulterpolstern / avec épaulettes" visible on the cover).

The front of the pattern displays three colorful illustrations representing different jacket variations, each with prominent lapels and patch pockets. Suggested fabric patterns include checks and stripes, reflecting the elegant men's style of the era. Models A, B, and C are all designed with precise details: long sleeves, double-breasted closure, and a loose fit, very popular during the 80s.

The pattern is indicated for several European sizes (44 to 56), clearly listed under the Burda logo at the top of the pouch. The model number "6061" is clearly visible in a gray box to the right of the logo, making it easy to quickly identify for sewers and retro pattern enthusiasts.

Visually, the pouch shows moderate signs of use with some visible creases on the front, with no apparent tears. The visual remains clear and legible. The color palette of the design ranges from navy blue to light beige, including shades of gray and green, faithful to the masculine aesthetic of the late 20th century.

The lower part of the pouch shows a technical diagram of the back of the jacket, allowing a visualization of the cut and main lines of the garment to be made. No other accessories or additional elements are visible on the displayed side.

Condition

Used item sold as is, with visible signs of use on the pouch (creases, superficial marks). The whole remains clearly legible and usable for sewing or collecting purposes.
