This vintage women's sewing pattern, published under the "Patron Modèle" brand, features a long-sleeved dress typical of 1970s style. Both versions feature a straight cut, front button closure, and patch pockets, with neat finishes at the collar and cuffs.

The pattern bears the reference 5388, clearly visible at the top right of the cover. It states "le seul déjà découpé" (the only one already cut out) in pink, a characteristic of the range, and the sizes indicated are 40-42-44 (French).
