This Catholic religious pendant features a classic oval shape, made of silver-look matte metal. The visible side features a bas-relief of the Virgin Mary with open arms, in the traditional style of the Miraculous Medal. The central motif is surrounded by an embossed inscription in French, partially legible, typical of devotional medals. The wide, circular bail, also made of metal, is directly attached to the medal, allowing it to be easily worn as a pendant or hung on a chain.

The metalwork reveals a slightly uneven surface, with some visible marks and signs of wear, giving the whole an old and authentic appearance. The Virgin is depicted standing, wearing a long dress, arms extended downwards, hands open, according to the classic iconography of the Miraculous Medal. The folds of the garment and the contours of the silhouette are clearly visible, although the relief is moderately worn by time.

The border inscription, although partially legible, reiterates the traditional prayer: "O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you." This iconographic element is typical of French Miraculous Medals, widely distributed from the late 19th century and throughout the 20th century.

The surface displays a homogeneous patina, with some small scratches and superficial oxidation marks, characteristic of a vintage religious jewel that has been worn or handled. No major chips or deformations are visible on the presented side. The attachment ring remains in good structural condition.
