Description

This vintage pendant, presented here, is a circular costume jewel, typical of the 1950s style. Its metal structure – in accordance with the keywords – displays a patinated finish evoking an old silver tone. The visible motif on the front consists of floral reliefs, each flower being finely worked in relief to create a textured and sophisticated effect. This decorative high-relief style, very popular in mid-20th century costume jewelry, brings character and originality to the piece.

The pendant features a large central circular openwork, surrounded by a ring of raised flowers. Four metal eyelets, also visible on the front, are distributed around the outer circle: two positioned at the top, two at the bottom, allowing various possibilities for hanging or mounting (necklace, sautoir, modular ornament element). The entire surface shows a granular and irregular texture, characteristic of artisanal or semi-industrial jewelry production of this period.

The main color is an aged metal tone, with matte reflections and some brighter areas on the reliefs, accentuating the floral motif work. No markings, logos, or inscriptions are visible on the photographed side. The piece is photographed on a wooden support, with natural light that highlights the depth of the motif.

The floral design and the symmetrical arrangement of the eyelets evoke both a decorative use and a retro inspiration, typical of the 1950s. Condition

Used item, sold as is. The general appearance shows a homogeneous patina and some slight signs of oxidation or wear, visible on the reliefs. No chips or cracks are observable on the visible side.
