Old advertising pin featuring the iconic logo of the regional newspaper Var Matin. This pin has an original shape, cut along the contours of a stylized yellow smiling sun holding an open newspaper. The inscription "Var Matin" appears in red with blue underlining, directly on the central part of the pin, clearly legible. The entire visual is made with a glossy enameled finish, with vibrant colors and a visible silver outline around the edge.

The central motif is dominated by a cartoon-style sun face, easily recognizable by its distinct black features and round glasses. The sun's rays are arranged in a crown around the character, and the left hand holds the upper left part of the newspaper while the right hand grasps the right part, giving an impression of movement and good humor. This design evokes the advertising mascots of the 80s-90s, typical of the French regional press.
