Old advertising pin, representing a cycling event, clearly from the 1991 Federal Week held in Le Puy-en-Velay. This pin has a cut-out shape evoking a stylized landscape, with points probably suggesting relief or an emblematic monument of the region. The visible side has a predominantly golden background, with colorful details: blue, green, yellow, red, and white, especially on a lower frieze composed of multicolored dots. A stylized cyclist is featured in the center, in a blue and yellow circle, highlighting the cycling theme.
