This old shield-shaped plaque is for canine distinction. It features the embossed inscription "SOCIÉTÉ CANINE DU BOURBONNAIS" at the top and "EXCELLENT" at the bottom, indicating an award or mention given during competitions organized by this regional society. The plaque is two-tone, diagonally divided, with a deep blue on the right and a creamy white on the left. Three black fleur-de-lis motifs complete the decoration, two in the blue section and one in the white section, reinforcing the heraldic and regional dimension of the object.

The surface has a glossy finish typical of old plaques, with an enameled or lacquered appearance, revealing small signs of wear and slight traces of oxidation or impact on the edges, testifying to its authenticity and age.
