Old advertising keychain from the Palmolive brand, visible on the front. It is an oval-shaped keychain, consisting of a transparent medal encasing a printed illustration. The image depicts a "Palmolive Mousseuse" shaving cream tube on a yellow background, with "CRÈME À RASER" and the "PALMOLIVE" brand in green and white, as well as the mention "MOUSSEUSE" in red. The graphics, typography, and illustrative style clearly evoke a 1960s production, typical of advertising items from that period.

The keychain is mounted on a short-link chain and a metal ring, both silver-colored (metallic appearance).
