Description

Old advertising keychain, oval in shape, featuring an enameled design on the visible side. The object depicts a stylized rugby player, in the middle of a dive for a try, wearing a blue jersey, light shorts, and red socks. The scene is rendered in brightly colored flat areas on a glossy black background, with a visible gold outline around the edge of the medallion.

The perfectly legible inscription in an arc reads: "DROIT A L'ESSAI GRACE AU...", suggesting a rugby-related promotional campaign, typical of advertising items from the 60s to 80s. The whole is suspended from a short-link chain, ending in a gold-finished spring ring, a classic vintage keychain system.

The enameled part shows a beautiful shine under the light, with no visible cracks or chips on the visible area. The colors remain vibrant and contrasting, with good legibility of the player's details and text. The suspension ring shows a slight patina, consistent with prior use.
