Vintage triangular advertising keychain, featuring the Alsatian beer brand Adelshoffen. The visible side has an advertising insert under a translucent surface, with "Bière d’Alsace" (Beer from Alsace) in green and "Adelshoffen" in reddish-orange, accompanied by a stylized visual evoking an architectural silhouette and colored cubes. The graphics and typography suggest a retro style typical of promotional items from the 60s-70s, though the precise decade cannot be confirmed.

The body of the keychain has a slightly satiny translucent finish, revealing the printed support inside. The triangle features rounded corners and a thick border, typical of robust advertising models from that era.
