Old advertising keychain, medallion-shaped, made of silver-colored metal. The main part is a raised disc depicting the bust of a man in profile wearing a laurel wreath, evoking a neoclassical style or antique inspiration. The details of the face, neck, and wreath are finely modeled, offering a sculptural rendering characteristic of certain French productions from the mid-20th century.

The keychain features a metal attachment system of the side-opening ring type. On the visible side of the ring, the engraved inscription "F.A.C. LYON" as well as the mention "PATENTED" can be distinguished. This marking identifies the manufacturer as F.A.C. Lyon, a company known for its advertising or utilitarian metal accessories during the second half of the 20th century.

The surface of the medallion shows a marked patina, with visible traces of oxidation and signs of wear, particularly on the lower part of the relief. These marks indicate prolonged use and give the object an authentically vintage character.
