Description

This antique safety razor exhibits an aesthetic typical of mid-20th century models. Its handle features a raised crosshatch pattern, offering a good grip and a distinctive retro touch. The rectangular razor head shows a uniform patina and a slightly aged appearance, typical of prolonged use. The visible surface of the handle has a metallic finish with a regular crosshatch pattern, with no apparent brand inscription on the displayed side.

The upper part of the razor reveals the head cap, designed to accommodate a classic double-edged blade, a standard system for traditional safety razors. The threading and the junction between the head and the handle are visible, illustrating a screw-assembly method. The whole reveals a robust design, true to old manufacturing, with visible wear on the edges of the cap and slight oxidation on some areas of the metal.

The finish has a silvery metallic appearance, with traces of oxidation and tarnishing, authentic signs of a vintage item. No plastic or colored decorative elements are visible on this side. The general style evokes utilitarian productions from the 1940s to the 1970s, without superfluous decorative elements.

The cylindrical handle is adorned with an engraved cross-diamond pattern, classic for manual razors of this period. The visible end is slightly rounded, with a decorative raised ring. No logo or inscription is legible on this side.

This safety razor is a masculine grooming accessory, sought after for its durability and effectiveness, especially by traditional shaving enthusiasts. Its ergonomic shape and crosshatch pattern make it a beautiful example of a vintage tool, both functional and decorative.
