Old illustrated magazine titled Guignol Cinéma de la Jeunesse, shown here in an edition dated March 8, 1936. The richly colored cover features a maritime adventure scene drawn in a style typical of the 1930s, with two young boys on the deck of a ship, one holding a rifle and the other seemingly addressing him. The issue's title, "Essayons tout de même" (Let's try anyway), is inscribed in a wide dark band in the center of the page. At the top, the "Entrée 1f" header indicates the original price, a characteristic element of periodicals from that era.

The red "GUIGNOL" lettering on a yellow background, as well as the "Cinéma de la Jeunesse" mention in yellow on an orange background, are framed by stylized theater curtains, reinforcing the children's show atmosphere characteristic of this publication. The magazine number (No. 10, 388th issue) and the "52 pages – Hebdomadaire" (52 pages – Weekly) mention are clearly visible in the lower part, accompanied by the address of the offices in Paris.
