Description

French chip-based telephone card, known as a "Télécarte," 50-unit model, presented here with a front illustrated by a photograph of a blonde woman in a blue sweater, in the midst of using a classic corded telephone handset. The image is clear, with vibrant colors, and occupies most of the visible surface. The mention "Télécarte 50" appears in white on a blue background vertically in the bottom right, typical of the design of French phone cards from the 1990s. The golden, square-shaped electronic chip is inserted in the lower left part of the card, under a white directional arrow.

The card has a rectangular format with rounded corners, standard for this type of object, with a smooth and shiny finish visible under light. The background of the photograph shows an interior decor with a black dial wall phone, reinforcing the retro aspect of the depicted scene. A small inscription is on the left side: "Photo: Michèle REILLEER."

The graphics, clothing style, and illustrated telephone device are characteristic of the late 20th century, which confirms the vintage aspect of the phone card. No other pattern, logo, or inscription is visible on the presented front, with the exception of the elements already mentioned.

This phone card is distinguished by the presence of a photograph of a woman in a telephone conversation, making it both a utilitarian and decorative item, appreciated for its iconography representative of an era.

The visual condition of the card shows a shiny surface with no significant scratches or apparent chips on the visible side. The chip appears intact, with no signs of oxidation or visible deterioration. The edges are clean, and the card appears well-preserved for an item from this period.

Condition

Used item sold as is, as visible in the photo. The front shows no major apparent defects. The back is not visible and is therefore not described.
