Description

This French telephone card, known as a "télécarte," features a colorful and iconic visual from the "PHILIPS OPEN" event that took place in Nice from April 10 to 18, 1993. On the visible side, the graphic displays a series of stylized palm trees in a gradient of yellow and green, evoking the ambiance of the French Riviera, with a yellow tennis ball in motion and a blue and orange sky background. The inscription "PHILIPS OPEN" dominates the upper part, followed by the date and location.

The golden chip, typical of 90s microprocessor cards, is clearly visible in the lower left corner. In the bottom right, "TELECARTE 50" indicates a capacity of 50 units, standard for the time. The PHILIPS logo, soberly affixed, highlights the official partnership with the tournament. The entire card has a smooth finish and a slightly glossy appearance, typical of télécartes from this period.

The rectangular design with rounded corners, as well as the pastel color palette (blue, yellow, green, pink) and the dated graphic style, confirm its early 90s origin. No other elements, numbers, or details are visible on this side. The card rests on a table with a marked patina, but no accessories or packaging are included in the photo.
