This ancient piece, visible in the photo, takes the form of a Hellenistic tetradrachm, attributable to the Barcid period. On the presented side, the representation of an elephant walking to the left is clearly distinguishable, surrounded by a beaded cord around the edge of the coin. The worn relief and dark patina testify to the object's age, reinforcing its historical character. The whole presents a dark metallic appearance, without golden or coppery reflections, consistent with the classical iconography of ancient coins from the Eastern Mediterranean region.
