This lot brings together a collection of French postage stamps visible in the photo, mostly from the "Semeuse" and "Allegories of the Republic" series. Several face values are distinguishable, ranging from 5 centimes to 2 francs, with various colors: green, red, blue, purple, orange, and brown. The stamps are affixed to an album page and most show visible cancellations, some with partially legible postmarks such as "POSTES PARIS" or "INS?".

The majority of the stamps feature the emblematic figure of the Semeuse (Sower), a classic motif in French philately, depicted in motion, sowing seeds broadcast. Other stamps, particularly those at the bottom of the page, illustrate republican allegories with more detailed compositions, such as the 45 and 60 centime values. The inscriptions "RÉPUBLIQUE FRANÇAISE" and "POSTES" are clearly visible on most specimens.

The stamps are arranged in lines, allowing for easy identification of the different values and color variants. Several specimens show shades of hue within the same face value, reflecting the printing variations of the time. The cancellations, consisting of circular postmarks or bars, are typical of postal usage from the early to mid-20th century.

Some stamps show signs of wear, handling, or slight creases, mainly on the edges, while others retain a cleaner appearance. Perforations are generally complete, although some specimens have blunt or incomplete teeth. No overprints or color surcharges are visible on the presented face.

In terms of iconography, the lot is dominated by the Semeuse motif, a historical emblem introduced at the beginning of the 20th century, as well as allegories depicting scenes of the Republic. The colors are clear, with a distinct predominance of greens, reds, blues, purples, and oranges. Legible face values include: 5c, 10c, 20c, 25c, 30c, 35c, 45c, 60c, and 2 francs.
