Vintage children's potter's wheel Créapassion La Poterie Hobby, old creative game
AFW - Antique France Worldwide
Description
This lot features an old children's pottery wheel, "La Poterie Hobby" model by Créapassion, partially visible in its original box. The main object is a green rotating plate, mounted on a black base with an angular silhouette, designed for an introduction to pottery and creative hobbies. The set also includes a black power cable visible on the left, as well as two thin tools (shown in the box illustration) and a bottle of varnish mentioned on the packaging, although only some elements are visible in the molded polystyrene packaging.
The original box, in the background, displays colorful motifs typical of creative toys from the 1990s-2000s, as well as an illustration showing the wheel in use, with hands shaping a clay bowl. The green plate features molded concentric circles, facilitating the centering of the clay. On the right side of the packaging, examples of star and spiral decorations are illustrated, highlighting the artistic dimension of the set.
This electric pottery wheel stands out for its ease of use, suitable for a young audience, and its playful aspect. The mention "Continuous speed variator" appears on the box, indicating a modulated functionality, although the adjustment knob is not directly visible in this view. The set is presented in its original polystyrene, which testifies to a care for preservation typical of old or vintage games.
The "Créapassion" logo and the model name "La Poterie Hobby" are clearly legible on the box, elements sought after for precise identification of this reference. The general appearance shows traces of use and marks on the black base, characteristic of a used item that has served, but overall well preserved in its original packaging.
