Vintage "First Day Cover" (FDC) from Vietnam, issued on December 10, 1967, for the literacy campaign. The envelope features a colorful illustration depicting a school scene, with the text "CHỐNG NAN MÙ CHỮ - L'ALPHABÉTISATION" (FIGHT ILLITERACY - LITERACY), and a stamp postmarked in Saigon. Postmark and period inscriptions are clearly visible.

Condition: Used item, sold as is. Some minor age-related wear, slightly marked corners, print and colors well preserved.
