This 45 rpm vinyl record features an iconic cover showcasing Chantal Goya surrounded by Mickey and Minnie Mouse, photographed in front of the Eiffel Tower. On the visible side, the main title "Voulez-vous danser grand-mère?" and "Allons chanter avec Mickey" are clearly visible, in white and yellow letters on a black background, typical of the playful graphics of the 1980s. The predominantly black cardboard sleeve also displays the RCA logo at the bottom left and the reference PB 8149 at the top right.

The central visual features Chantal Goya in a white dress, seated between the two famous Disney mascots.
