45 rpm vinyl record presented with its original sleeve. The visible side shows the sleeve illustrated with a color photographic portrait of Claude Barzotti, wearing a light blue sweater and a silver chain. The artist is positioned in a close-up shot against a plain light brown background, characteristic of 1980s single sleeves.
