Description
This 45 RPM vinyl record features the original cover of the single "Child Come Away" by Kim Wilde. The visible side of the sleeve displays an iconic color photograph of the artist, sitting in front of a dark, metallic-looking wall, in a visual style typical of the early 80s. Kim Wilde appears with new wave-style hair, striking makeup, and an outfit combining black and pale blue, enhancing the pop aesthetic of the era. The dominant colors of the sleeve are fuchsia pink, turquoise blue, and pastel tones, with the artist's name "KIM WILDE" at the top in white font on a pink background, and the title "child come away" at the bottom on a pink band as well.

The sleeve shows visible signs of wear on the edges, including scratches, slight white marks, and blunted corners, attesting to its age and vintage authenticity. A handwritten inscription "Odile" is visible on the bottom band, just below the track title. The surface of the visual shows small handling marks, typical of a used vinyl record.

This 45 RPM vinyl record is a standard single format, suitable for classic record players. The visible side does not allow viewing of the back or the condition of the record itself, only the front cover is visible in the photo. No label logo or year mention is explicitly legible on this side, but the graphics and aesthetics clearly place the item within the pop/new wave movement of the early 80s.

The photographic presentation highlights the sleeve in an indoor setting with colored stained glass and candles, but this does not affect the item being sold in any way, which remains strictly the 45 RPM vinyl record with its original sleeve.

Condition
Used item, sold as is. The sleeve shows visible signs of wear (scratches, worn corners, handwritten inscription). The record has not been tested.

Did you know? Kim Wilde achieved great success in the 1980s with several international hits. "Child Come Away" was released in 1982 and reflects the characteristic new wave and synthpop style of that period, confirming her status as an icon of British pop.
