Description

This 45 rpm vinyl features a vintage black and white illustrated sleeve, with a photographic portrait of the artist Marie in a medium shot, arm resting on her hip. The visual is dominated by the inscription "MARIE" in large pink letters at the top, while the rest of the text, in black capitals, specifies the titles "SOLEIL" and "IL NE FAUT JAMAIS SOURIRE D’UN ENFANT". To the right, a red insert highlights the awards received in 1971: "Festival de Spa: Interpretation Prize, Golden Rose, Festival d'Antibes".

The sleeve features the EMI and Pathé logos at the top left, as well as the reference "C006 – 11215 M". The graphic style, photography, and typography are typical of the early 1970s, confirming the vintage authenticity of this item. The photographer's name, G. Bauquaut, is visible at the bottom right of the sleeve.
