45 rpm vinyl record presented in its original sleeve, illustrated with a color portrait of Michel Sardou, typical of the visual style of the late 1970s. The visible side of the sleeve highlights two titles: "Comme d’habitude" and "Manie, Manie", in white and yellow lettering, on a light blue background. The year 1978 and the Trema label are clearly indicated on the sleeve.
