Single 45 rpm vinyl record featuring "visage" in blue lettering at the top left of the sleeve, and "nicoletta avec les zoo" at the bottom left, also in blue. The sleeve displays a monochrome photograph of a woman, head tilted downwards, in a style characteristic of early 1970s French productions. The graphics, printing, and typography are typical of this period.

The sleeve is made of flexible cardstock, with visible signs of wear and handling. Several tears and prominent creases are present, particularly at the top left and along the edges. The lower area of the sleeve shows a yellowed band, likely due to age and exposure to light or humidity over time. The main visual remains identifiable despite these alterations.
