45 rpm vinyl record presented with its original illustrated sleeve, featuring Percy Sledge, an emblematic figure of American soul. The visible side shows a black and white photograph of the artist in a suit, against a vivid red background with several inscriptions. The graphic design, typical of 1960s French productions, highlights the inscription "N°1 au hit parade américain en 3 semaines" (N°1 on the American hit parade in 3 weeks) as well as the artist's name in black capital letters on a white band.

The Atlantic label logo is clearly visible at the bottom right, along with a photo credit "Vogue / Maguad" at the bottom of the sleeve, indicating a licensed French edition. The titles listed in red on the sleeve are: "When a Man Loves a Woman," "When She Touches Me," "Success," and "Love Me Like You Mean It."
