45 rpm vinyl record presented with its original sleeve, illustrated with a close-up color photographic portrait of Michel Sardou. The visual highlights the singer against a wooden background, typical of 1970s aesthetics. The titles "C’est ma vie" and "Dix ans plus tôt" appear in large pink letters at the top, while the name "Sardou" is inscribed in handwritten signature on the right.

The Disques Tréma label logo is clearly visible at the bottom left, recognizable by its iconic yellow circle on a black background, accompanied by the mention "Disques trema". On the upper right part of the sleeve, we can see the reference "410 057" as well as the indication "MONO-STÉRÉO" and the "EA" logo.

At the bottom, the sleeve also mentions the credits for the tracks: "Studio 92 – Sound engineering: Guillotel, J.-C. Charvier, D. Vallancien", as well as artistic production by Jacques Revaux and Régis Talar. These elements confirm an original French edition from the Tréma label.

The item has a matte finish, with no apparent metallic effect, and a color print true to the release period. The sleeve shows no major tears or pronounced creases on the visible front, although slight traces of use may remain given the age of the record.
