This Japanese 45 rpm vinyl record features a colorful jacket, typical of the 1970s-1980s, illustrated in a childlike manga style. On the visible side, we can distinguish a red-haired girl in yellow overalls, accompanied by an expressive anthropomorphic dog and a pink bird, all three in action against a rural landscape background. The illustration is vibrant, with bold colors and animated lines true to the aesthetic of Japanese children's television series of that era.

At the top of the sleeve, the title in large red characters "てんとう虫の歌" (Tentōmushi no Uta, literally "The Ladybug's Song") is prominently displayed, with additional subtitles and lyrics in Japanese.
