Vinyl 7" Daniel Balavoine Me Laisse Pas M'en Aller Riviera LM sleeve
AFW - Antique France Worldwide
Description
This record is a 45 RPM (45T) vinyl single by the singer Daniel Balavoine, titled "Me laisse pas m'en aller". The visible side shows the original sleeve, illustrated with a colour photograph of the artist dressed as a mountaineer, holding an ice axe and a rope on a snow-covered peak, under a blue sky with some clouds. The inscriptions are clear: the name "DANIEL BALAVOINE" appears in the top left in red capital letters with a blue shadow, while the title "ME LAISSE PAS M'EN ALLER" is inscribed just below, in blue. In the bottom left, the "RIVIERA LM" label logo is clearly visible, accompanied by the mention "PRODUCED BY BARCLAY".
The record comes in its original cardboard sleeve, with a blue background and a plain blue border. The sleeve shows visible signs of wear on the front, including some circular marks and scuffs, typical of storing and handling old vinyl records. The bottom right corner appears slightly creased, with no apparent tear on the visible area.
In the top right of the sleeve, the reference "62.647" is printed, which corresponds to the catalogue number of this Riviera LM edition. No other text or additional logo is visible on this side. The sleeve as a whole maintains good readability of the graphic and textual elements, despite the signs of use.
This 45 RPM vinyl, a standard format for singles, is typical of French productions from the late 1970s to early 1980s, both in terms of the visual style of the sleeve and the typography used. The photograph highlights the artist in a dynamic staging, in keeping with the aesthetic of record sleeves of the time.
Condition
Used item, sold as is. The sleeve shows visible signs of wear, including circular marks and slight creases on the front. The inscriptions and photo remain clearly legible. The record itself is not visible in the photo and its condition is therefore not described.
