Description
This 45 RPM vinyl record features a color photograph on its sleeve showing Gilbert Montagné, dressed in a brown jacket and dark glasses, holding a dog in his arms. The sleeve displays the artist's name at the top, "GILBERT MONTAGNÉ," followed by the titles "AIME-MOI" and "SONG FOR EVERYTIME" in red and blue letters to the right of the image. The label visible at the top left indicates a French pressing.

The visible side shows a vintage sleeve with warm tones, typical of French music productions from the 1970s. On the bottom and left side, the sleeve is reinforced with a yellow adhesive tape, likely applied to consolidate fragile areas. Several marks, creases, and signs of wear are visible, particularly in the upper corners and along the edges. Handwritten dedications in ink are also visible on the right side of the sleeve, including a "Michel" signature and another barely legible inscription.

The graphic design, typography, and photography clearly evoke a retro style, emblematic of the French music scene of that period. The recording features two tracks, including "Aime-moi," one of Gilbert Montagné's flagship songs, and "Song for Everytime," mentioned in English, indicating an international pop orientation.

The record itself is not visible in this image, but the sleeve is that of a classic 45 RPM single, a standard format for vinyl singles of that era. No other accessories or inserts are apparent.

The ensemble is photographed resting on an antique carved wooden furniture, which highlights the vintage and authentic character of the object. The dominant colors are yellow, orange, brown, and beige, reinforcing the retro aesthetic of the whole.

Condition
Used item sold as is. The sleeve shows significant signs of wear: creases, stains, blunted corners, visible yellow adhesive tape, and handwritten inscriptions. The vinyl has not been tested, and its playability is not guaranteed.

Did you know? Gilbert Montagné began his career in the 1970s and became internationally known with the title "The Fool" in 1971. The 45 RPM format was then the preferred medium for broadcasting singles on radio and in jukeboxes, before the advent of the CD.
