Rare Earth single 45 rpm vinyl record, presented here in its original black and white illustrated sleeve. The visible side of the sleeve features a stylized portrait of the six band members, against a dark, slightly textured background. In the upper left corner is the "RARE EARTH" logo and the reference "CO06-61937/M". The titles of the two tracks are clearly indicated on the front: "/I KNOW/ I'M LOSING YOU" in bright orange lettering, and "when joanie smiles" in white letters, just below. The typography and graphics are typical of the late 60s or early 70s, with a strong retro style.

The photographed item shows visible signs of wear: blunted corners, marks and stains on the surface, as well as slight creases mainly on the edges. These signs of use are common on vintage vinyl sleeves, attesting to regular storage and handling over time.
