45 rpm vinyl record in single format, illustrated with a vintage cardboard sleeve featuring the title "Jésus est né en Provence" performed by Robert Miras. The visible side of the sleeve displays a color photographic portrait of the singer, smiling, against a black background, with white and yellow typographic characters characteristic of 1970s popular design. The artist's name, Robert Miras, appears at the bottom left in a stylized font, while the title occupies the upper half of the sleeve, in large, easily legible white letters.

The EMI Pathé logo is clearly visible at the bottom right of the sleeve, indicating its release under this famous French label.
