Description

This document is an old bearer share, issued by the "Société Anonyme de Soie Artificielle de Muszków". The visible side features a typical 1920s print, with an ornamental border of red floral motifs on a cream background. The printing is carefully executed, displaying the company name in large red letters, the registered office in Renaix, and a share capital of 25,600,000 francs. The mention "Part Sociale N° 116593" is clearly inscribed in the center, accompanied by the handwritten signatures of two administrators.

The document features on the right side a sheet of detachable coupons, also printed in red, numbered and attributed to the same company. These coupons are typical of bearer shares of the time, used to claim dividends or interest. The design is very representative of financial documents from the early 20th century, with its detailed frames and neat organization.

The paper texture appears slightly thick and flexible, with a matte finish. The printing is clear, with no apparent smudges, and the decorative motifs are well preserved. No watermark or security element is visible on the side shown. The document is presented flat, open, which allows appreciating the entire sheet and the arrangement of the coupons on the right.

The main inscriptions are perfectly legible: "SOIE ARTIFICIELLE DE MUSZKÓW", "PART SOCIALE" (Share Certificate), "CAPITAL SOCIAL: 25,600,000 FRANCS", as well as the signatures and numbering. A round printed stamp can also be seen in the upper left. The fineness of the graphic details and the period typography reinforce the authenticity and visual interest of this document.

This type of antique share constitutes a direct testimony to the industrial and financial history of interwar Europe, particularly in the textile sector. The coupons, still attached, are an asset for archive enthusiasts and specialists in financial documents.

Condition

Used item, sold as is. The share shows good general preservation on the visible side, with slight traces of handling and some usual creases, without any tearing or apparent missing parts in the photographed area.

Did you know? Bearer shares were commonly used in the early 20th century to facilitate the transfer of titles without administrative formalities. The Muszków Artificial Silk Company, mentioned here, illustrates the development of the synthetic textile industry in Central Europe during the 1920s, a period marked by the rise of rayon and other artificial fibers.
