Antique illustrated envelope, adorned with two coats of arms (Tours and French Red Cross), stamped with a postmarked stamp from 1971. A red "37-Tours" postmark dated May 29, 1971 is visible. Printed mention on the envelope: first day of issue of "Christmas Stamps" 1960 in Tours, French Red Cross. Dominant colors: cream, multicolored patterns. The whole shows beautiful legibility of the patterns and inscriptions.
