Vintage "First Day Cover" (FDC) from Vietnam, issued on January 4, 1961, to commemorate the 15th anniversary of UNESCO's founding. It features three colorful stamps (green, red, and yellow) depicting a Vietnamese monument, all postmarked "SAIGON UNESCO" on the first day of issue. The envelope also features a printed illustration of the Eiffel Tower and a symbolic building, as well as inscriptions in French and Vietnamese.
Condition: Used item, sold as is. The envelope shows signs of handling and slight wear compatible with its age, visible in the photo. The colors remain vibrant and the stamps are clear.
