Former First Day Cover (FDC) from Vietnam, issued on November 4, 1961, for the 15th anniversary of UNESCO's founding. It features three colorful stamps (green, red, yellow) depicting the Temple of Literature in Hanoi, all postmarked "SAIGON UNESCO".
