Vintage "First Day Cover" (FDC) from Vietnam dated February 3, 1964. It features four stamps illustrating the peaceful use of atomic energy, with different face values and shades of brown, blue, and yellow. The envelope shows an illustration of the Atomic Institute building and a clearly legible "SAIGON" postmark from the same day. Inscriptions are in French and Vietnamese.

Condition: Used item, in good overall condition for its age. Slight signs of wear and handling visible on the envelope, slightly blunted corners, well-preserved colors. Sold as is.
