Former first day of issue envelope (FDC) from Vietnam, dated March 23, 1964, dedicated to World Meteorological Day. The envelope features several colorful stamps (red, green, purple, yellow) issued for the occasion, as well as a thematic illustration on meteorology. The Saigon postmark with the inscription "Ngày ??u Tiên" (First Day) is clearly visible.

Condition: Used item, in good overall condition for its age, with slight signs of handling and wear visible on the edges. The stamps and postmarks are well preserved, the envelope does not appear to have been opened.
