Vintage First Day Cover (FDC) from Vietnam, issued on the occasion of the centenary of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) in 1965. It features two period stamps, one orange-red (3đ) and the other yellow-green (1đ), both postmarked "SAIGON 17-5-1965". The envelope features a graphic illustration of a radio antenna and a globe marked "UIT", with the dates 1865-1965.

The overall condition is good for a vintage item: slight handling marks, lightly worn corners, clear cancellations, well-preserved printing and colors. Sold as used and in its current condition, ideal for the discerning collector.
