Vintage First Day Cover (FDC) issued in Vietnam on July 20, 1966, with an illustration on the theme of aid to communist refugees. It features two period stamps (3? and 7?), each with an illustration depicting a scene of exodus, canceled on the same day. The envelope has a colorful illustration with stylized characters and an outstretched hand, as well as text in French and Vietnamese. The whole is protected in a transparent plastic sleeve.

Condition: Used item, sold as is. The envelope appears to be in good overall condition, with slight signs of use and old handling marks visible on the plastic sleeve. The colors and inscriptions remain clearly legible.
